The 2022 Illinois gubernatorial election will accept place on Nov 8, 2022, to elect the governor of Illinois, concurrently with the 2022 Illinois full general ballot. Gubernatorial candidates volition run on tickets with candidates for lieutenant governor, including in the Democratic and Republican primaries. The incumbent governor and lieutenant governor, showtime-term Democrats J. B. Pritzker and Juliana Stratton, are seeking reelection together.
Ballot information [edit]
The primaries and general elections will coincide with those for federal congressional races, the state's U.S. Senate race, and those for other state offices. The election volition exist part of the 2022 Illinois elections.
